Hey Sanchit.
No you can not appear for the DU LLb Entrance if you are appearing in 12th now. DU only offers a 3 year Law degree. You can pursue a 3 year law degree only after you have completed any undergraduation course like Ba, Bcom etc.
If you want to join a law college after 12th directly, then you will have to go for a 5 year integrated law course like BA LLb, Bcom LLb, BBa LLb etc. For that you will have to appear in entrances like CLAT, AILET, LSAT, SLAT, MH CET, PU BA LLb etc. Du does not offer any 5 year integrated law programmes.
Best of luck
