There are so many engineering colleges in India which can provide you quality education with less fee but to achieve this you have to score very well in board examination as well as in the entrance examination.
There are several engineering entrance exam for which you can appear after 12th :-
1. JEE mains
2. JEE advance( you can appear for this exam after qualifying the JEEmains)
3. CET (common entrance test conducted by different states)
4. BITSAT (birla institute of technology and science admission test)
5. VITEEE (vellore institute of technology engineering entrance exam)
6. SRM JEEE ( conducted by SRM university) etc.
to get quality education with less fee you have to score good in entrance exams and in board exam so that you will be eligible for the TFWS scheme (tuition fee waiver scheme) there are particular no. of seats for TFWS in every engineering college. due to TFWS scheme the seat holder only expected to pay the nominal fee of the college which is far more less than the actual fees which are normally applicable.
