As a Class 12th pass student belonging to the SC category from the Delhi region, you are eligible to apply for admission to the B.Tech CSE program at USICT under Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, provided you meet the minimum eligibility criteria. According to the official requirements, candidates must have at least 55 percentile aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, and must have passed each of these subjects individually, along with English. Since your PCM aggregate is 60.3 percentile and you have passed Physics and Mathematics with around 52 percentile in each, you meet the basic eligibility condition. It is important to note that there is no relaxation in the minimum marks required for reserved categories; the 55 percentile PCM aggregate rule applies to all students. However, being from the SC category and the Delhi region, you will benefit from reservation during the admission process through GGSIPU counselling, where seats are allotted based on your JEE Main rank. For the CSE branch at USICT, SC category students from Delhi have previously secured admission with JEE Main ranks up to around 2.9 lakh. Therefore, if your JEE Main 2025 rank falls within that range, you have a fair chance of getting admission in the CSE program. Your Class 12 marks will not affect the merit ranking directly, but they must meet the minimum eligibility requirement for your application to be considered valid.
