According to the current review there is no upper age limit of appearing in Clat exam.

Those who have qualified the 10+2 or eqvivalant exam can able to apper in this exam.

For general category Percentage should be not less than 50% and criteria for SC/ST/OBC 45%.

No, you cannot apply for CLAT for a 3 year LLB course. CLAT in an entrance test for admission only into a 5 year Integrated course of law which combines an Undergraduate degree with law like BA LLb, BCOM LLb, BBA LLb etc. CLAT doesn't provide admission to 3 year law courses.

As you are in your final year of graduation a 3 year LLb degree is more suitable for you. You can apply for admission to a 3 year LLb course while you are in your final year.

Your admission will be based on your score in the entrance tests. There is no common entrance, each college has its own entrance. Few of the entrances for a 3 year law course are- DU LLb, MH CET, PU LLB, TS LAWCET, BHU LLB, BVP LLB, LSAT etc 

You can apply for these in your final year and you'd be eligible to take admission only if you score the minimum qualifying percentage in your UG degree which is usually 45-50%.
