Hello,

NEET is the only exam conducted to get you in any desired MBBS college across India except AIIMS and JIPMER. These two colleges hold their own entrance examination to get the seat of the Medical course in their college.

no ONLY NEET is the single entrance exam for admission to MBBS, BDS, BAMS,BHMS & BVSc 

there is no other exam & only NEET score card is accepted during counselling.

Could easily decide ,

NEET is a national level exam ,you can take admission in any government and private college through NEET while MH CET is a state level exam conducted in Maharashtra,so you can take admission only in Maharashtra medical colleges thorough MH CET.
