As per your requirement, i would say that as you are doing your graduation from ignou universities and you want to appear for cat, you need to fill up cat form as per your details.

There will be option to fill up your marks year ways and not semester ways, then fill it up and submit for appearing in cat exam.

Getting a seat in college is depending on many factors like studenrs to seat ratio, cut off, reservation, ranking of college, etc

Cut off varies evert year as per your reservation category and no. Of students applying for the same.
