Dear Sunanda, you haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018, under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

General Category: 469
OBC: 429
SC: 372
ST: 182

Going by previous cut offs it is difficult with that score if you are from General Category and it is a close call if you belong to OBC Category. You have a fair chance if yoy belong to SC, ST categories. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Please visit this page for cut offs of each college in your Category: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-up/amp

Hello student,
You have not mentioned which category you belong to. If it is general, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 492 was required to fetch one a seat in the U P. Rural institute of medical sciences and research centre in General category under the state quota. Also, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. However you can predict the colleges which you are likely to get using the given link

Good luck

Dear student,
If your category is SC, then you have good chances of getting a seat in the government medical colleges. Last year, a minimum score of 372 was required to fetch one a seat in GMC Jalaun in SC category under the state quota. So no worries, you can get a seat govt. Medical colleges. The top rank for SC category was 454 in King George Medical university, Lucknow. So opt for the College of your choice
