I am from EWS category & I need to submit EWS certificate for registration. but u p government it is not making it. What i should do?

Now this is a type of problem which no one can correct it. If you want to avail the benefit of ews category , then you need to provide ews certificate. That certificate is made by the CO from the block.
You have to request the officer. Show them the proof of Jee . that you require it urgently. They will surely find you a way.
