As per the information available online, if you choose your board then it would not be mandatory for you to give the practical and theory separately. You have to provide the total of 100 and nothing to be filled in the portion of practicals.

This system is provided by DU as most of the state boards avail practical and theory marks separately as a result to keep both kind of students aligned in a same format they avail the two columns separately. But you don't have to worry about it and you choose the details correctly and just leave the practical marks empty and fill the sections as a total of 100 as provided by your board.
