    Absolutely , you can participate in the all India counselling for seats in all private medical colleges of India which is conducted by the MCC.  You can get a seat in any college of your choice under management or merit quota through this counselling.

    But, that's for deemed colleges right?what about the private colleges that comes under state universities?Like in karnataka they have management seats for non-karnataka students also.What about Maharashtra and tamil nadu?

    Yes, you can apply for other state private colleges for seats under management quota. You can use the college predictor tool to check your expected MBBS/BDS colleges based on your NEET AIR

    Then,why are they demanding a domicile certificate in the other states?

    Hi Nimikha,In private colleges, there are management quota seats and Government quota seats. For admission to Government seats in private colleges, domicile is required and for seats under management quota, domicile is not required.Good Luck!
