To get admission in private Medical college of MP you need a Neet score . You need to qualify the Neet to be eligible to attend counseling.
To get a seat just qualifying exam is not enough your score should be more than the cut off.
Then attend the state counseling or all India counseling where you can take a Mbbs or BDS seat at college of your choice.

To get an admission into the private medical colleges in madhya Pradesh, you have to clear both NEET and another government exam conducted by Department of Medical Examination of Madhya Pradesh.

To be eligible for the medical examination, you have to have at least minimum of NEET percentile. You have to meet the criteria for both the government and private colleges in madhya Pradesh. 

The application form for this will be available from June 2 week and last date is June 3 week.

After the exam, a merit list is given and those people are called for counseling to get into colleges.

For private colleges, admissions will be based on state merit rank.

With your neet score you can take admission in private as well as government medical colleges. If your marks are not up to mark you'll easily get any medical college of madhya Pradesh with minimum of 375 marks or above.
