congtulation that you cleared the cut off but for getting any NIT or IIT you have to do well in JEE advanced.

For JEE mains since you have cleared the cut off so you are eligible for JEE advanced.

JEE cut off between 70-75 is very unlikely so i believe you should not rely on that.
But with 98 marks you can get a good private college. You dont need to worry much.
