I am from st category so If i got 90 per. In jee 2020 so can i get ee branch in svnit surat

Dear aspirant,
You're an ST candidate. So the competition is very very less for you. Again, if your home state is Gujarat, you can easily get into Electrical branch of SVNIT Surat with a 90 percentile. But I'd suggest you to go for IITs. Do well in JEE advance and you can easily get a seat in any reputed IIT.
