Yes , you can definitely get the admission in others state private medical college's. Every state has its own criteria but the most basic criteria is your NEET percentile and 12th  percent . A transfer certificate from your state Education board. You can apply for the college's you want most of the college's conduct there counselling for the students take a visit to a counseling they will clear your every doubt of admission in there state .
