I am from Telangana. but i studied in Andhra pradesh from 2nd standard to intermediate in ap. i have BC d certificate from telangana. in APEAPCET am i eligible for BC d quota

Yes, For APEAPCET the caste certificate should be from Andhra Pradesh. Since your BC-D certificate is from Telangana,it will not be valid for BC quota in AP. You will be considered only under open category unless you get an AP caste certificate.
