General Category PWD Candidates need to score atleast 45 percentile of top NEET score to be qualified in NEET. That is the qualifying cut off. And then depending on the State you belong to, cut offs change. States like Delhi, Bihar, Odisha, Maharashtra, Rajasthan have higher cut offs than States like Tamilnadu, Karnataka, etc. And cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So in general, you will need atleast 500-525 for a seat in MBBS under General Category-PWD. This is for GMCs. But for admission in Private Medical Colleges, even 400-450 might be good enough.
