I am general PWD candidate....I got 63.75 percentile in my JEE mains February attempt.......would I get any seat in any NIT's.

As per the marks mentioned by you your rank between 385534 - 264383 . Your category rank will be very low. There is a great chance that you can get your desired branch in your home state NIT. You can check the rank vs percentile vs marks below:
