I am getting 420 marks in bc-d category.can i get in govt college of telangana or in other states?

You can apply in Govt colleges of other states through AIQ but your score is not sufficient for the same whereas if you talk about Telangana state cut off then it was 33550 so according to this much rank the safest score should be around 480.
