i am getting 420 marks in neet in bc-d category. can i get govt colleges or private college in A category in telangana or any other states?

According to your marks, chances are less for admission to government medical colleges under state quota and government quota seats in private colleges.
However, cutoff vary every year so you can try for admission to private colleges.
