516 marks in NEET 2019 is a pretty decent mark and I think you will be able to get many good government medical colleges all over India. I assume your origin is Haryana from your biodata. According to last year cut off statistics, here are the list of colleges you have a high chance of getting(if you belong to General category):

You have a fair chance of getting a seat in government college under state quota. Its easy that you will get government dental college but getting a goverent medical college is little bit tough.. But its not like that you can't get, so dont worry.
