First of all  congrats  this is quite  good  marks  for mp state .
If you are looking  for getting  admission  in mbbs then you should wait for result  because  in mp state cutoff  goes  slightly  lower (1- 2 %) then other states  like up , maharashtra,  bihar etc .
I have also applied  for mp state  counseling  last to last year  but unfortunately  I wasn't not  domicile  candidate  in mp so couldn't  get  chance. 
As in every state  first preference  is always in  state  domicile  candidates  .
Although  as per my knowledge  cutoff  goes varies  every year  in this year cutoff  level may be rise .
But you may be get fair chance in any of the counseling  round.
