I am giving cbse improvement 2019 but have passed 12 the in 2018. Which rollno. should I fill in vit form? The old one or leave it blank ?

At the place where it's asked about improvement exam, tick yes.
And leave the roll number column empty for now. You'll have to fill in the roll number later though, when you get it.
