I am having black and white print out of neet admit card..since I couldn't get colour copy...Is it necessary that we should only bring colour copy of admit card for neet exam?....The thing is they didn't specify what colour u have to print out they just said clear copy in A4 size paper

There is no such rule like the applicant should carry specific type of admit card, it is your choice to take your admit card in black and white or in colour , when you take print in colour the details in the admit card will visible clearly. So it is preferable to take in colour one.

No it is not necessary to get a color print out of your admit card just be sure that the printout is clear and also the photo is clear enough to be identified as you and everything written on it is readable nothing much.
Just follow the norms and don't carry barred things.
