There will be three sections in COMEDK paper- Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. You are going to appear for COMEDK 2021 and there are chances that the syllabus for the exam will be reduced as the CBSE has reduced the syllabus from Class 9 to 12 by 30%. Also the academic year has not yet started, so the syllabus for COMEDK 2021 can also be reduced. So for now, you can prepare from NCERT Textbooks of Class 11 and 12. NCERTs are the best as these are written in simple Language which is understandable to everyone. Once the syllabus for COMEDK 2021 is announced, you can move on to other books to prepare in depth. For complex physics problems, you can rely on Concepts of Physics by H C Verma. Chemistry Book for COMEDK by Dr. Sonar Maruti H and Solve problems from Mathematics Book COMEDK by M. R. Hanumantharaya, H. S. Mahadevaiah. Solve previous few years' exam papers of COMEDK to know what type of questions are actually asked. Once the syllabus is announced, you can start the preparation in full fledged way. For now, rather than buying many books you must stick to NCERTs.

• HC Verma for Physics

This book is really very helpful for every engineering entrance exams.You should solve it's both parts for class 11th and 12th.

• JD Lee Concise Inorganic Chemistry

Now there is a version specifically for JEE Main and Advanced. Basically it guides you through those topics from which questions are asked in engineering entrance exams on Inorganic Chemistry. It is quite a useful book.

• RD Sharma Objective Mathematics

You may have already come across RD Sharma Mathematics books for class 11 and 12 board exam preparation. Now this book is dedicated for engineering entrance exam aspirants and has received good reviews from students and teachers alike. I will put it down as a must have.

• COMEDK UGET Previous Year Question Paper Books

Buy a book such as COMEDK Solved Question Papers, and diligently solve every question paper. Some of the very old question papers may seem easier to you, but do it for the sake of practice. Nothing beats exam preparation like solving past year papers.

Yes, You can prepare well for COMEDK exam from NCERT books along with referring to some practice books. But keep in mind that COMEDK exam level is above your 10+2 exams. So you need a lot of concept clarity and practice to crack the entrance. For concept clarity you can refer to different sources for best preparation if you find difficulty with NCERT for some topics.
