i am in class 11 this year & preparing for neet ,but i do wanna know if it is necessary to focus on maths for boards??! . also i would like to know where could we access 100 mcq for each subject topic wise.??

If you are in 11th and you are preparing neet then I think you must be having pcb as your subject and 2 optional subject.
Hence Maths is nowhere, but if you have chosen maths as your optional subject that is pcmb then you must have to score good in maths as you have opted it.
