For applying to TISSNET you should have your bachelor's degree with all the arrears cleared. It doesn't matter how many arrears u have if u have cleared all of them. So you shouldn't have any uncleared arrears and must have a bachelor's degree.

" d) At the time of applying candidates studying in 3 year degree progremme should have passed in all the subjects for the 1st to 4th semesters and candidates studying in 4 year degree progrmmes should have passed in all the subjects for 1st to 6th semester."

• A Bachelor's Degree of minimum 3 years duration or equivalent from a recognised authority in any discipline.
• Candidates in the final year of graduation degree are eligible to apply for TISSNET
• Candidates studying in the final year of their graduation but have not passed in all the subjects of their previous years are not eligible to apply for any of the masters’ courses offered by TISS.
• There are no age-limit criteria
• There is no restriction on the number of attempts.
