With your CRL rank of 4 lakh+ you have slight chance at getting into some of the reputed institutions of our country such as IIITs, NITs or the like. You are eligible for counselling in almost all colleges but there isn't a high probability that you will get into most of them. But do not lose hope since the cutoffs vary each year, as well as the availability of seats in the successive rounds of counselling.
