If you appear for Jee main and wish to qualify for Jee advance, it would be very easy as the cut-off for Gen PWD category is quite low every year and one can easily qualify, securing a seat into IIT after appearing for Jee advance is also quite easy as the cut-off rank for Gen PWD category is quite low but it all depends on the person at the end.
