I am not from Delhi my category is obc and my obc rank is 14000 please tell me whether I get DTU or not

According to your rank in obc outside Delhi category and considering the last year's cut-off you could easily get Delhi Technological University (DTU) in any branch except computer engineering.
You could get admission in IT, ECE, ME, MCE, CE and many more.
