There are lots of choices to choose but main is your hardwork and dedication towards the studies ,
Try previous years question papers,
And try to solve more questions.

Follow NCERT by heart, especially for Chemistry portion.
Do extensive revision and practice of numericals in Physics and problems of mathematics.
