I hope you are doing fine, No you cannot apply for Navy SSR if you have not completed your 12th yet because the basic eligibility criteria is that for SSR you must should pass your ten plus two level with minimum 60% marks in aggregate with mathematics physics and any one of them Chemistry or Biology or Computer. They will ask your marks while filling the form but you can apply MR post as it is for 10 pass students
