Hey Isha,

Being confident is good, but over confident may make you regret later.
To reduce it, give mock tests. Be honest with yourself and see if you just learnt the chapters or understood them as well. Give online tests and also, you can make tests for yourself and solve them.
Also, talk to your friends and toppers of your class and see their level. Comparing is not a good thing, but it will make you realise where you stand.
Most importantly, if you have studied well, then trust yourself and don't confuse between being confident and over confident. Having confidence will help you the most on the examination day.

NEET is one of the toughest medical examination, so study as much as you can and make sure you understand what you study. Even if you think you know everything, just keep revising.

Hope this helps!

Hello there!
Greetings!

Confidence is very essential for doing anything especially when it comes to qualifying a highly competitive entrance examination like neet but when that same confidence takes the shape of over confidence then it becomes unwanted, so if you are over confident regarding clearing neet examination then it's not good for you. Confidence motivates you to work hard and give your 100 % whereas overconfidence makes you feel that you know everything and you start taking things for granted and because of this you don't prepare well for the exam and as a result you get less marks than what you deserve in your neet examination.
So , just be a little more serious regarding neet examination and your overconfidence will go on its own .
Good luck for your neet preparation

Thankyou
