Hello Pawar, you have pretty good rank in MHT CET it makes you eligible for most of the college. As I checked google there are not too much good college which offers B Pharma so according to me it is pretty hard for you to get the top college but still you can try your luck in it. My suggestion to you is that keep some other college as a backup plan. Goodluck.
