i am scoring between 160-180 Marks in JEE mains 2019 (april) can i get IT in IIIT-Allahabad ?(OBC and HQ)?

If you are scoring around 170. Your predicted category rank obc will be around 2500.
First thing there is no such HOME STATE QUOTA for admission to IITS AND IIITS.
Based upon your rank and previous cut off if your score is gonna be 180 you will definitely get IIIT ALLAHABAD AND IT BRANCH.
But if you get 160 still you will get IIIT ALLAHABAD BUT not IT BRANCH. THEN YOU WILL GET ECE(ELECTRONICS AND COMMUNICATION).
Closing ranks last year for iiit Allahabad was
ECE -4700(APPROX)
IT-2300(APPROX).
