You can elegible for iit madras but for these  first you have to clear jee main and after that jee advance . So all the best and keep studying well.

Diploma students are eligible to apply for IITs. You need to qualify first JEE Main Entrance Exam to apply for JEE Advance Entrance Exam but the admission, You will get in the first year of B.tech programme in IITs.
