First of all i would like to inform you that you dont have to panic for the admission, if you want to cancel the admission process kindly don't pay the admission fees and hence your admission will stand as cancelled for the the respective authority of the the respective college and regarding the scholarship form if you cancel your admission, the existence of the scholarship form would also stand it as void since you no more belong to that college or you dont bear any seat of that college.
