Hii there

To be eligible for the Meteorology Department of the Indian Air Force (IAF), candidates should meet the following criteria:

  1. They need to have completed a post-graduate degree with a minimum of 50% marks in one of the following subjects: statistics, geography, computer application, mathematics, environmental science, applied physics, oceanography, agricultural meteorology, meteorology, environmental biology, geophysics, ecology and environment, or any other science-related subject.

  2. They must also hold a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks, with mathematics and physics as mandatory subjects, and have secured at least 55% marks in each of these subjects.

I hope this answers your question.
