i am vijay ,i am pursuing 4th btech mechanical engineering . i didnt write gate exam 2020 but i have 8.3cgpa ,i am from jntu anantapur can i join mtech+phd program in iit s now. if i can ,then explain the process..thank you

There is no other way to get admission in the MTech+doctoral programme in any of the IITs without a good score in GATE exam, although there are some sponsored seats but those who have worked in the company sponsoring those seats,for atleast 2 years with a study leave from the company,can avail those seats without giving any exam.
You can try in some IIITs and central,state or private universities,that conduct their own enterance exam for the program you're interested in.
