It's not possible for you to apply for EWS category as you have already given general category for JEE Mains. Whatever details that you gave for JEE Mains, that will not change and you can't edit any details for JEE Advanced. So you cannot apply in EWS category, but only the original category that you had given for JEE Mains registration.

As JEE Advanced registration starts from 3rd May 2019 till 9th May 2019, you can add EWS Category certificate when asked. Along with it they ask for X as well as XII Certificate (equivalent certificate). Apply fast.
