I didn't apply my ews certificate in jee mains jan/sep now I am qualified for advanced so can I upload it in jee advanced registration... will it be valid?

The condition is, if you have mentioned your category as EWS in application form filling then only you can use its certificate at the time of JOSAA counselling. And because you didnt apply for the same at the time of filling application form, so now you can't.
