Dear student,
If you score 100 marks in jee mains then you would get around 96% in jee mains. To know more about marks required for scoring a particular percentile you can refer the following link:

Being a sc category student you would easily get a seat in the top 20 NIT's. Here I am assuming that you do not prefer any particular branch. To check which colleges you would get at this percentile you can check from the following link:
