It depends on eligiblity criteria of the scholarship you are applying for.
Different scholarships have different criteria, some are need based i. e. annual income of parents is considered, while many other are category and merit based, in these the annual income is not considered and only the category or marks of the student are considered.
So, it will be better to look into the eligiblity details of scholarship you have applied for. Contact the college administration for these details.
