I belong to Telangana. NEET PG rank 10570 & NEET score 634. If I get admission in Chennai govt medical college whether bond is applicable ?

the bonds vary from state to state and if you are getting admitted into Chennai Government medical College availing all India or the state quota the bond which holds for Chennai will be applicable in your case for example in West Bengal it is a bond of 3 years and in some states like Maharashtra is a bond of 1 year whereas in Delhi there is no bond for the bond which is applicable to your state Chennai will be binding on all the government medical colleges in that state and if you pursue your master degree from there you will have to service medical officer as per the bond before you get your clearance from the master degree certificate from the health univerUniv of Chennai

Thanks for the clarification. But I understand that earlier courts have pronounced judgements stating that such bond should not be applicable to candidates who get admission on the basis of all India quota rank i.e., for 50% quota seats. What is legal status of this issue as on date.  Please clarify.
