Yes, as long as your EWS certificate is valid until the date of admission or counselling for TS EAPCET, it can be used for TS EAPCET. As said that your certificate is valid till November 2025, and TS EAPCET counselling/admission usually occurs before then, it is not required to submit a new certificate.
However, on the day of certificate verification or counselling, ensure that you have the original EWS certificate and a copy with you. Further, ensure the certificate was issued by the competent authority, and ensured it was in the latest format as issued by the government.
