Amisha Singh Yes locals might not speak English, see during internship you will be made understood as to what is your work so this way it be mainly focused on work but general conversation will still be a problem, if you will be able to adjust, then all well, but if you think that it's a golden opportunity then you shouldn't leave it, if you feel to get a better option then it's fine.
At the end of the day you must keep in mind lots of people do face such circumstances and still work and make their career rise while there are people who improve themselves and get even better opportunities and improve themselves.
