Hello Megha,  DU is planning a special drive for the reserved category students. This dress is only for the students who are in SC,  ST,  EWS category. So as you said you are in general category you are not eligible to apply for this drive.

Hey Megha! Sorry to inform you that it is only for reserved categories not for general category. All the students belonging to the reserved categories, who have failed to pay their fees or those who were left out will be facilitated for admission process now. University of Delhi will start a special drive to encourage the admissions to SC, ST and EWS categories most likely after the fourth cut-off is released. Hooe this information may help you.
