King's George Medical College is one of the best college in India for MBBS . It's cut off goes really high .
In 2018 the cut off through State Quota was 589 for UR , and through AIQ was 613.
This year the cut off has increased by at least 20-30 marks . It's not sure what will happen next year but going by the same trend as what happened this year you should be scoring at least 600+ and 630+ to get a seat through State Quota and All India Quota respectively.

The cutoff for King George's Medical University, Lucknow in general category under state quota (85%) in the year 2018 was 589 marks with AIR 2318. The final cutoffs for 2019 are not yet available as the counselling procedure is still going on, But as per trends and predictions, this year' s cutoffs are expected to be quite high. So an estimated cutoff would be somewhere close to 600 marks. For 2020 NEET exam, cutoff can only be speculated after final cutoffs are out for 2019. But to be on the safe side, you should strive to get a score of 610-630 marks. That would be a good score and you will also be able to get good colleges under All India Quota as well.
