If you are eligible for getting fees reimbursement then you can avail fees reimbursement. You have not mentioned your Caste Category, so I'm considering it as General Category and giving information based on it. Your TS EAMCET Rank is above 10,000 so you can get partial fees reimbursement if you are eligible. But your parent income should be less than Rs. 5 Lakhs if you belong to SC/ ST / Minority and Rs. 2 Lakhs for OC / OBC to get partial fees reimbursement.

You need to apply for Scholarship and State Government will sanction your reimbursement request if you are eligible and submit relevant documents.
