NIT Trichy is one of the top NITs so you will have to secure a good rank in Jee Mains. Considering general category, 250+ score is enough to admit in NIT Trichy. For OBC students, There is slightly less score to need like 230+ and 180–190+ score need for SC, ST students. It may be vary depending on question paper and cutoff rank. You have very high chances to get CSE at Average NITs. You will definitely get NIT trichy but may be you won't get CSE. You may definitely get CSE at DTU which is one of the best engineering institute in India and even better than NIT trichy in CSE and will open many opportunities in your life. You should also apply for it.
You May also get CSE at NIT trichy if the cutoff Will be less. Wait for the final results and rank. After that check the previous year cutoff of different nits. You will definitely get idea about your admission.

According to past year cut off the cutoff for OBC candidates were given 45 marks so in turn it will be expected to be somwhere 45-60marks
So as per your expectation you can apply for nit's . You will definitely get any NIT . While deciding for cllgs it is more dependent on rank u gained after result announcement till then look for more colleges.
