i cancelled my 1 st allotment in ts eamcet ,, can i participate in 2nd round in ts eamcet???

Yes you can participate in 2nd round if you cancelled 1st round alloted seat but you won't get that seats benefit now.

No you can't as 2nd counseling is only eligible if you have done your 1st one
